Our Mission & Vision

 

Our mission is to assist Christians and help them discover their gifts and callings in the body of Christ.
Once the gifts are discovered, we develop and cultivate those gifts and callings through our courses ranging from Christian doctrine, to Biblical interpretation and Leadership.
Ministry gifts aren’t meant to lie dormant. We deploy, or send out disciples and their gifts throughout the world to bring God glory.

Core Areas of Focus

 

This area of focus is focused on fulfilling Matthew 28:18-20 by helping people transition through the discipleship process.  (from new convert,  to disciple ( student, pupil, learner) then to a worker, and eventually to a leader).

This area of focus is geared towards enhancing the capacity of leaders to be a compelling force on the actions, behaviors and opinions of others in order to reach and exceed their organizational goals and missions.
This area focuses on advancing the Kingdom of Jesus Christ into the areas of entrepreneurship and business.

Scope of the Course

The course is non-denominational in doctrine, taught in a classroom environment using small group instruction with practical application, and followed by hands-on, performance-oriented training, culminating with the planning and execution of a homiletic presentation, leadership practicum, local and global missions project.  Instructors assess the students’ leadership and ministerial potential and evaluate their ability to apply lessons learned to effectively lead their fellow disciples in ministry engagements.

Testing and Standards

Testing is done at the end of each program term.
